Aaron was Senior Manager of Huatai United Securities, one of China\u2019s most respected investment banks, where he served as a financial expert, responsible for coaching companies through the Initial Public Offering (\u201cIPO\u201d) process. Mr. Hao has successfully facilitated the private equity financings for several pre-IPO companies, in addition to acquisitions for several publicly listed companies. He started his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (\u201cPwC\u201d), where he spent 6 years as a financial auditor serving many industrial leaders and multi-national companies within the Greater China and the US capital markets. At PwC, Mr. Hao gained extensive expertise in corporate governance, internal control, due diligence and financial reporting, all under the requirements of the HKEx, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
