Refugee application
Canada's refugee system is a legal system for people who are currently in Canada or are entering Canada, who have a fear of persecution, or who would be in danger if they left Canada and returned to Canada. protective or sheltering measures.
Generally, a refugee application will be initially reviewed by an onshore immigration office or customs immigration officer to see if it meets the basic requirements, and then it will be decided whether the application case can be referred to the Canadian Refugee Protection Agency/Canadian Immigration and Refugee Agency RPD/IRB (Refugee Protection Division/ Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada). RPD/IRB is an independent agency designated by the Canadian federal immigration department. Through court hearings, it will verify in detail the evidence, facts and legal principles provided by refugee applicants to confirm whether they constitute a true refugee.

humanitarian immigration
Humanitarian immigration is an immigration application based on humanitarian and compassionate grounds. Applicants must clearly demonstrate that if they are not accepted by Canada, they will experience extraordinary hardship and require humanitarian assistance from the Canadian government. The actual application for humanitarian immigration can be very complex and is often a last-ditch effort to immigrate to Canada or avoid deportation.
Generally speaking, the Canadian Immigration Department will consider the following factors to consider whether to approve an applicant’s immigration application on humanitarian grounds:
1. The best interests of the child
2. Is there a guarantor?
3. Have you lived in Canada and have certain social contacts and contributions?
4. Are there any family members who are Canadian citizens or living in Canada and are in urgent need of the applicant’s care?
5. Do you have domestic violence and other criminal records?
Because of its complexity and as a last resort, applying for humanitarian immigration is generally very expensive.
